Our Mission

A Better Way to Train Hockey in Australia

Hockey Lab was created to give players in Melbourne a place to build real hockey skills, improve faster and train more often. Ice time is limited, expensive and hard to access. Hockey Lab provides a dedicated off-ice environment where players can sharpen their shooting, puck control, footwork and game awareness with consistent, high-quality training.

We combine modern skill development methods with structured training zones, synthetic shooting lanes and a focus on long-term player improvement. Whether you are new to the sport, a junior developing your fundamentals or an advanced player chasing higher performance, Hockey Lab gives you the environment to train properly.

OUR PURPOSE

Our aim is to make hockey development accessible, effective and enjoyable. We remove the barriers that make progress slow, and provide players with the tools, coaching and space to accelerate their growth on and off the ice.

OUR VISION

We want to elevate the standard of hockey training in Australia.
Our long-term goal is to create a pathway that supports developing players from grassroots through to advanced competitive levels, providing high-quality off-ice training that complements their on-ice development.
