GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, participation, and use of Hockey Lab services and facilities. By booking or participating in any Hockey Lab session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Hockey Lab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on the Hockey Lab website.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through the Hockey Lab website or via approved booking methods.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are valid only for the date and time selected and are not transferable without prior approval from Hockey Lab.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the session type.

Hockey Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including venue availability, safety concerns, or low attendance. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or late arrival unless required by law.

Participation and Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Arrive on time for their booked session
Follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Hockey Lab staff
Use equipment appropriately and respectfully
Conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger others

Hockey Lab reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner, without refund.

Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate in training sessions.

Hockey Lab does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for injuries arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By booking on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they accept responsibility for the minor’s participation and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Liability Waiver.

Liability

Participation in Hockey Lab activities involves inherent risk.

Liability for injury or loss is limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms outlined in the Hockey Lab Liability Waiver.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Photography and Media

Hockey Lab may take photographs or video recordings during sessions for promotional or marketing purposes.

If a participant does not wish to appear in such material, they must notify Hockey Lab staff prior to the session.

Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Hockey Lab is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
