LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in Hockey Lab training sessions involves physical activity and inherent risk, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, or other physical harm.

By participating in any Hockey Lab session, I acknowledge and accept these risks and voluntarily choose to participate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Hockey Lab, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in Hockey Lab activities, including injury, loss, or damage to person or property.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Hockey Lab staff.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation under these terms.

By booking or participating in a Hockey Lab session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver.

This waiver applies to all Hockey Lab activities unless otherwise stated in writing.
